An Unexpected Journey

What can you find when we look closer, take another glance, let your eyes linger? 

Carrying a sense of whimsy around with you can be considered by many a vice, but why is this so? The ability to be innocently whimsical does not instantly translate into a Panglossian demeanor. Who is to say that fleeting, seemingly unimportant, yet uplifting moments that make you curious and intrigued, such as the pretty flowers you saw on the side of the road, or the film you have been watching since childhood, are insignificant? Maybe, letting go and allowing yourself to act upon the will of the cliché wide-eyed child within us all will open you to so much more than you ever could have imagined.
